The Plague of an Uncertain Future
Has any generation had to bear the uncertainty our times load upon us?
The news is aggressive. The culprits are everywhere, but the ones in charge over us are inadequate to bring order or peace.
Then, with jobs disappearing and values being compromised, life has become more perilous.
What can we do? Two things. First, prepare ourselves to be adaptable and think critically, especially when consuming media.
Second, hold to what we know is true.
The life that God has given to all who follow provides a sure foundation, one that does not change with the next inept government or media power that be.
He has given the values that we stand on: truth, integrity, love and care for others, charity, and more.
Above all, HE has given Himself so that we can live in peace. It is not a peace lacking burdens or challenges, but an incomprehensible peace felt when walking with a loving heavenly father, and following Him each day.
War may come. Poverty or broken health may plague us. But He brings the peace of His presence despite it all! If you have never sought Him, do so, and see for yourself!
