Coach Training Panel
Is serious conversation on the Internet possible? Yes! Learn effective question-posing techniques for leading seekers to Christ, especially online.
The course gives you:
Do you desire to help others discover the message of Jesus and support their growth in faith?
You can become involved online — flexibly and according to your availability.
The Coach Program consists of two stages, led by an experienced training coach:
Stage 1:
- Register by clicking "Start".
- Complete the "Online Communication Basics". (optional)
- Get to know the course "Discover Jesus". (if not completed earlier)
- Take part in the "How to talk about God?".
- Lead the course "Discover Jesus Course Training" where you take the role of coach with your trainer. Hands-on learning at its best!
- Learn how to connect people from the internet to a community of believers.
At the end of this stage you can start your ministry in the Discover Jesus course and receive an invitation for further coach development in the Intern Panel.
Stage 2:
- Enroll in the "Intern Panel".
- Learn how to talk to people in crisis situations.
- Learn how to lead a few other courses.
- After receiving a recommendation, you’ll begin your independent online ministry.
Minimum requirements:
✅ Age 18+
✅ Two personal recommendations (e.g. from a community leader or your coach + someone who knows you well)
✅ Availability for training: at least 3–4 times per week, 30 minutes each session.
