What it’s all about?
This course is primarily designed for those who have someone in their life — a family member, coworker, neighbor, or friend — showing worrying signs that may point to depression. Throughout the course, you’ll learn which symptoms truly indicate depression and how to support a loved one who feels constantly low and struggles even with everyday tasks. Most importantly, you'll find out where and when to seek help to overcome this condition.
But if you are the one who’s been battling a low mood for a long time, this course is also for you. We especially recommend taking the Beck Depression Inventory and exploring the 10 Steps to a Better Mood.
And above all — please don’t believe that your situation, or the situation of someone close to you, is hopeless.
There is always hope. And there is a way forward.
