1. What is life really about?

Imagine that you are old; you are sitting comfortably in a chair, the air is filled with the smell of your favorite coffee, and you are browsing through a photo album from the past. You look back at everything that you have experienced, seeing every moment of your life. What are your happiest memories? The titles you have gained, money, awards, accomplishments? Or maybe you think first about your loved ones – your friendships and key people who nurtured you?

This is exactly what we will focus on in the first module – we will take a closer look at relationships. It is relationships that paint your life in bright and warm colors, or quite the opposite – they make it dark and gloomy.
