Desert Flower Endurance
The desert will rejoice.... ( but, till then), Strengthen the feeble hands, steady the knees that give way; … do not fear; your God will come.
Isaiah 35:2-4One symbol of a cactus flower is endurance. That cactus goes through so much but can still bloom. In the course, How to Build a Healthy Faith, we cover the section in Chapter 1 of Colossians talking about this:
..."bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might. so that you may have great endurance…"
All of that fruit-bearing, growing in knowledge, and strengthening to have great endurance? Why? One answer.
Our world is taxing a believer's strength every day, blazing more than any desert sun. Relentless, crippling, overwhelming heat on our hearts of faith…
Invest in your endurance!! One answer.
Take time with your Bible for the growing in the knowledge of God, (and take a course ) and bloom! Then, with such inspiration, the blooming leads to fruit bearing as others are blessed too.
So it is not just you growing now.
Along the way, even with that sun of opposition blazing down, you will gain endurance.
Feeling weak? You have one answer to find strength!
